[rekonq] Including translation of documentation in the tarball

Hi Dimitrios,
my fault about it. Main problem is that I decided to wait for KDE SC 4.7.4 and 
Qt 4.8.0 to ship rekonq 0.8.1, cause of some "nice to have" fixes there to the 
code we use.
Anyway, too much time to wait (at least on Qt side): I'll release it anyway 
during this weekend.
