To sum up:

There are some people who do not really care (me included), a few that do not like the idea of moving the tabs on top of the urlbar (some more fanatic than others :-P ;-)) and an unknown number of supporters for this idea.
This seems like a situation that screams for an option :-D

Would it be possible to have the tabbar behave like a “Toolbar”? That way *everyone* should be able to place the tabbar to his/her favourite position, leaving everyone happy again :-)
