I've been busy this month as you can see by the commits, and since
Rekonq's API changes sometimes, extensions might
be broken in some areas. Note that only extension installation
currently works, but there is no list of extensions and the API is
only complete for tab access. You will need QCA with the SHA1 backend
supported (should usually just work) and also QJson
(http://qjson.sourceforge.net/)
