Some possibilities (I don't know enough about the code base to say
whether these are simple enough, or they may already be available in
trunk):

Retrieve web shortcuts by right-clicking on a search box or search button.

Adblock pictures and elements on right-click

Re-implement a popular firefox plugin using the new plugin system

Per-domain javascript blocking

Download only selected elements with kget

Download from all tabs with kget

Open pages from a different domain in a new tab

A visual opened tab list
