I am running Flash 64bit version 10.2.161.22 on Arch Linux 64bit. Can you
tell me how to find out if wmode is set or not... I checked the page source
but could not find this attribute either on a working site or YouTube.

Yes I understand you have to work around Flash... :( If there was better
support for HTML5, I would use that more.
