[rekonq] rekonq help files

Hi!

Draft of the new rekonq help can be found here (0.6.1 synced):

Content is taken from the current rekonq help and UserBase pages (with  
some minor tweaks and the new set of images).

Help files can be fetched by the following command

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/work/doc/rekonq/

To test them you can convert docbook to HTML:

meinproc4 index.docbook

Then open index.html in rekonq.

Please review this docbook.

If there will be no objections, can somebody from the rekonq team remove  
docs from Subversion extragear and push the docbook and the images to the  
place where they should be (rekonq git)?
