[rekonq] Problem with translations

Hi,

A discussion on the kde-i18n-de mailinglist discovered, that rekonq apparently has a bug, that prevents it from correctly displaying translations:

The settings dialog is shown in English, even if the translation are 100% completed…
Can somebody look into this? I do not know where to start looking…
Imho this is a major bug and blocks the release of 0.5 :-P
