[rekonq] FTBFS Issues with rekonq and K/Ubuntu Build System

Hi
No actually,i patched the build by disabling the test during the build,they
were causing build issues,this was documented in the official package but i
overlooked them which caused the FTBFS,so currently the tests are disabled
in my builds
