[rekonq] Update of documentation

Hello.

Again I did an update of the rekonq documentation. I would like to become some 
feedback about it. Simply hit F1 in the git snapshot of rekonq and you’ll see 
it. Keep in mind that it isn’t finished now. I won’t be able to improve it next 
week but I’m willing to get it to an good state before 0.5 release.
