The current implementation uses the "leaveEvent()" of the TabBar class, I 
guess this is also the safest way to avoid strange behavior with show/hiding 
the preview. This helps a lot so the preview does not get in the users way.

But with this as far as I can see its hard to do a light fix that respects the 
-3 pixel positioning.
