[rekonq] rekonq kde

Hi all,
just to say that from now on rekonq is "just another project of the KDE 
family" and that in the next month our code will be in kdereview to be 
eventually included in extragear/something.

Anyway, for us nothing will really change.
Unique problem is that for a month I'll commit just fixes in master. So, in 
this period, the usual development will be merged in the "master-next" branch.
