[rekonq] Bookmarks and history panel improvements

Hi all,

Since two weeks, i work on the bookmark and the history panel.

The list of improvements that i've already done for the two panels :
- Folder expansion with a single click
- middle click support
- context menu with many options (history panel too but with different
context menu)
- tooltip (history panel too with the date)
- the url of the item is displayed with notifyMessage() when it's hovered

Only for the bookmark panel :
- drag and drop
- automatic reexpansion when bookmarks are modified

To avoid a duplicate work about those panels, could it be included in 0.5
feature plan ?
