[rekonq] rekonq does not respect the "Open new tabs after currently active one" option, when opening new tab

Hi,

Just realised that rekonq does not always respect the "Open new tabs after currently active one" option.
For example, if I open a new tab, e.g. through Ctrl + T, it will open that tab as the last tab in the tabbar, instead of opening the tab after the currently active one.

What do you think?
Should it be changed?
(Looking at the code now, to see If I can do anything myself :-D)
