[rekonq] Smooth Scrolling : needs some testers

Hi all

I'm currently working on a smooth scrolling implementation planed for
rekonq 1.0 and based on the konqueror algorithm.
It's mostly done, just small issues to fix.

So if you test this feature, please give me your feedback and
especially for the animation duration and the number of pixel per
scroll.
