[rekonq] Enable the raster graphic system by default on X11

Hi,

Attached is a patch to enable the graphic system raster by default.

This graphic system is generally faster than the others, you can quickly check the difference on the tests applications created by Microsoft (e.g.: http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Performance/01FlyingImages/Default.html ).
In Qt 4.7, we have improved this graphic system even more, and it should give you very good performance on x86, x86_64 and ARMv7.
