[rekonq] Quite ready for 0.4 stable release.

Nothing more to say.
I did my best these days. to try fixing every sort of bugs.
Now the code has to stay "AS IS" for some days, I think :)

Tomorrow I'll start all non coding stuffs for the day after the release (life 
and italian translation included :D ).

If no showstoppers appear I think we can release in 10 days from here.
Just let me know if this is ok for you.
