[rekonq] TODO List for 0.5

Hi all,
I write some lines here to talk about all the things to do to have a "stable"
0.5 release and debate a bit about.
This development cycle was incredible positive and give rekonq a fantastic set
of new features. We need now to just "polish" and/or "finish" them, to start a
new beta cycle.
What I have in mind about is:

1) UrlBar
things are quite finished (at least for 0.5). We are merging the last stuffs (mr
#2248) and we need to implement a better sorting algorithm. Lionel and me are
working about.
Moreover, Nebulon proposed to merge the "LineEdit" and the "UrlBar" class. I
thought it was no case, 'cause of easy of maintainment of it (them). But I'm
not sure yet. And I'd like hearing your opinions.

2) WebSnap
I'd like to split out its code, removing the "NewTabPage" dependencies. This,
to provide the cleanest code as someone in Plasma asked for it and we'll
probably move it somewhere else (workspace? libs?). We should find a way to let
it work with our needs.
This should save also some crashes, appearing when user switch out from rekonq
pages having thumbs loading.

3) RSS support
I'm going to provide the usual horrible html new page :)
to add rss links to akregator and/or google reader. I'll merge it when it
works. Improvements are surely needed and welcome.

4) Undo close tab feature
an action opening a new tab loading the url closed (it's stored in
MainView::recentlyClosedTabs). Volunteers??

5) Tests
in src/tests dir there are 10-12 empty tests + 1-2 implemented. Is someone
interested in improving the situation?

6) QLayout crash
in the ListItem class, the QLayout defined let crash rekonq, tested with
QT_FATAL_WARNINGS=1 variable.
Can someone (Lionel?) please take care? This is a showstopper for 0.5.

7) Bugs.kde.org
We need to test all bugs from old releases and remove them, providing just
these choices:
- rekonq 0.4.0
- rekonq 0.4.90 (the upcoming beta)
- rekonq 0.5 (not yet released)
- latest git snapshot

Help and suggestions welcome!

Have a nice day, crew!
Andrea.
