[rekonq] FTBFS Issues with rekonq and K/Ubuntu Build System

Hi
Over the past 2-3 days ive tried to build rekonq daily in my Launchpad PPA ,
but im getting FTBFS issues.It builds fine but fails the checks associated
with dh --with-kde.
Im attaching the build log here as a link :

amd64 build : :
