I studied the icon at different sizes.

For better distinguish the dragon:
- I added shadows (to see the effect). 
- I think red eyes is better because it is more recognizable.
- I increased the head size. Perhaps the wings must be modified acordingly but 
I don't know how to do. So you are free to change them.


Gradients are missing on some details. I think you do better gradients than 
me. So can you work on it if you have time ?
