[rekonq] rekonq in Fedora

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you guys know that rekonq is in the official Fedora
repository's now. At this moment they are queued for updates-testing
and as soon as it get's 3 positive votes it will be pushed to the
stable repository's for Fedora 10, Fedora 11.

It's already part of Fedora 12 (rawhide).
