[rekonq] rekonq UI (some stupid fixes)

I'd like to know your opinions about these 2 "stupid" questions about UI 
behaviour.

1) Do we really need anymore Window Title? I'm seeing Chrome showing just 
"Chrome" there and showing window title in the tabbar. I think it's quite good 
behaviour.

2) clicking on last tab's "close tab" button we have no response. Should we 
change this letting user to close rekonq (at least with a dialog before) ?
