[rekonq] Recently closed Tabs feature currently broken

Currently the recently closed tabs feature is "broken":

E.g. Instead of opening the URL http://kmess.org/board/viewtopic.php it is trying to open http:/board/viewtopic.php

It seems like it is "stripping" the first part of the URL.
