[rekonq] IRC channel currently "useless"

Hi,

Today I noticed, that I can't write any messages to the #rekonq channel:
Everytime I try to send a message, I get "Cannot send to channel #rekonq"
A friend of mine had the same problem, and he said this might be because we are not "voiced", meaning we have no "right" to write messages until we are voiced.
Imho this should be changed ;-)
