[rekonq] Print preview

Arora uses the standard QPrintPreviewDialog http://doc.trolltech.com/4.4/qprintpreviewdialog.html
Rekonq uses KPrintPreview.
QPrintPreviewDialog is better than KPrintPreview. Okular has the same problem.
It is KDE related, I don't understand all the choices of the KDE team.
