[rekonq] autohide statusbar

Andrea, can you compile my repository ?

I made some tests on the autohide statusbar feature.
 
I would like you to tell me what you think about it.
By default the statusbar is hidden. It appears when the mouse is hover a link but after a short time. I use timers to show/hide the status bar after a short time. It prevents the statusbar being hidden/shown all the time.

In my opinion it is a better solution than flashy notifications.
