[rekonq] select previous tab if active tab is closed

First of all, 
sorry I delayed so much this merge. I simply forgot it :)
Feel free to ask me when I delay replying or merging for more than a couple of 
days..

I changed the current string in "Activate previously used tab when closing the 
current one" to not repeat the word "tab". Let me know if it sounds good.
