[rekonq] About Multi Windows support and other pleasantries..

Regarding multi-windows support, I'll (re)state reasons to support it:

- virtual desktops - having a browser open with websites related to one 
activity on one desktop, and another window on another desktop with 
websites related to different activities is much more convenient than 
dragging a web browser around with a lot of tabs open

- virtual desktops (bis): say you have rekonq open on desktop 1, and kmail 
open on desktop 2. Opening a link from an email could open an new rekonq 
window on desktop 2 as desktop 2 has no rekonq open (ideally, it would 
open subsequent links as new tabs in the rekonq window on desktop 2)

- web development: being able to compare websites side by side is very 
important

I'm sure there are other use cases out there, but that's the ones I can think 
of on the top my head.
