I cannot reproduce this issue, can you explain a bit better where this error 
is?
Anyway, rekonq HAS an user agent that is QtWebKit built-in. It is

"Mozilla/5.0 (%Platform%; %Security%; %Subplatform%; %Locale%) 
AppleWebKit/%WebKitVersion% (KHTML, like Gecko, Safari/419.3) %AppVersion"
