[rekonq] page's notifications/action area [RFC]

I create this thread on the mailing list to brainstorm about page's 
notifications/actions placed at right in the urlbar. This area will contains 
icons/button-menus: bookmark this page, rss feeds of this page, bugs of this 
page, this page is secured, show all hidden ads (adblock) of this page etc.

This concept is a mix of buttons placed in the url bar in firefox and 
buttons/icons usually placed in the status bar.
