[rekonq] How are settings identified and saved?

Really dumb question :( I'm looking at the code with a view to making some 
contributions (QT4/KDE4 newbie).

For the life of me I can't figure how settings in the settings dialogs (general 
etc) are being saved/restored, e.g the checkbox "kcfg_openTabsBack", is 
declared and added, but I can't find any code for setting or retrieving its 
value. Never less it is :)

Someone want to point out the bleeding obvious to me? just a hint will do.
