[rekonq] RT: I Am Alive! (And bookmarks too!)

I didn't know his GSoC was accepted (I was concerned only with plasma 
judging), but I did notice it in the list of proposals and suggested to make 
it library-like so that other projects could use it.

I have no idea whether that is the road he took.
