[rekonq] Rekonq 0.1 alpha approaching

Here we are, ready for 0.1alpha release.
I'm going to update websites to be ready to it.
If there are no showstoppers about, I'll release it in a couple of days.

Please, take in mind that this is 0.1 ALPHA. From now on, until 0.1 release
we'll work on bug fixing, updating translations and importing (and improving) 
unit tests.

I'm really happy about this release. it's a huge step forward rekonq 0.0.4.
