Please DON'T DO such huge commits. They are very difficult for understanding.

- redesign of UrlBar and relevant general refactoring
- initial port of UrlBar to KDE (there is one known regression)
- completer and completer model made static members of UrlBar
- fixed search bar focus handling
- fixed bookmarks bar size regression
- some code cleanup

Each of this items should be in different commit.
