[Raptor-Menu] Impossible to get the svn trunk

Raptor is now hosted on git here: http://github.com/ruphy/raptor
and you have to have git installed to build it..

Raptor has completely been reworked, anyway it is now unusable in the panel,
you can just try it on your desktop.
