[Raptor-Menu] Raptor-Progress

Hey!
In my opinion we should assign some tasks for Raptor, the Progress seems a bit 
slow atm... ;)
Well, I can handle TOM by myself, so I can write the DataPlugin-API and the 
Tom-Plugin... 
But we need one for the Nuno-Plugin (probably Malcolm or Siraj?)... 
I still suck with QPainter so I would not be interested^^
The PluginLoader is nearly there I guess....

Btw I will take the MenuView as well...
