[Qtscript-bindings] msvc: qscriptvalue_cast problems

The patch is also ok (because it removes the default parameter for msvc).

But I wonder why it compiles with Qt4.4 which defines the same template
like Qt4.5-beta1. Therefore I'm sceptical if your patch is the best solution.
