This draft would apply to all of KDE, right? Or just to Plasma in particular?

+1 from me apart from that. It's very actionable for both contributors and (especially) maintainers. It establishes that in order to be part of the KDE community, neither side will be required to use agents just to keep up. I like that.

Nice use of an emdash, which of course is something you have always done, and an implicit endorsement for KDE not banning the inclusion of emdashes in prose altogether.
