Plasma CI Health Check (May 25, 2026)

Please work on fixing CI that is failing in master, I will 
remove/disable any on their 4th week failing. It is very important that 
CI is passing.

• 94 monitored repos
• 4 failing CI in master
• 3 configured for auto-repeating tests
• 77% of repos configured to require passing tests

*Great news:* percentage of repos configured to require passing tests 
went from 33% to 77%! Special thanks /again/ to Justin Zobel for a bunch 
of work to improve this across repos the past week! 🎉 I thought it 
would take ages to get here.

Good news: 4 repos fixed

Bad news: 2 repos still failing, 2 repos started failing
