Plasma 6.7 is now branched

Hello all,

Plasma 6.7 is now branched in Plasma/6.7 branch. Please make sure to backport 
your bugfixes to both 6.7 and 6.6 (one more bugfix release pending) releases as 
appropriate.

If you merged any fixes in master branch after branching point, please verify 
that it is backported to 6.7 if needed; master branch is now open for new 
features for 6.8
