Bhushan said on Plasma devel chat that releases on the same day aren't 
ideal, I also don't know if there's a possible CI shortage for double 
releases?
I'm only updating the wiki and proposing the schedule, so I don't have 
any preference either way, as other people are doing the heavy lifting 
here...
 From what I'm reading, I would guess that having FW one day before 
Plasma would likely be better?
