Plasma CI Health Check (June 1, 2026)

Please work on fixing CI that is failing in master, I will 
remove/disable any on their 4th week failing. It is very important that 
CI is passing.

• 94 monitored repos
• 2 failing CI in master
• 3 configured for auto-repeating tests
• 83% of repos configured to require passing tests

*Very bad news*: plasma/discover was on it's 4th week with failing 
tests, so the offending test has (Appium flatpak) been disabled:
