Plasma CI Health Check (July 20, 2026)

Please work on fixing CI that is failing in master, I will 
remove/disable any on their 4th week failing. It is very important that 
CI is passing.

• 86 monitored repos
• 1 failing CI in master
• 2 configured for auto-repeating tests
• 90% of repos configured to require passing tests


Good news: 2 repos fixed

Very bad news: 1 repo still failing after 4 weeks, offending test has 
been disabled
