Plasma CI Health Check (July 6, 2026)

Please work on fixing CI that is failing in master, I will 
remove/disable any on their 4th week failing. It is very important that 
CI is passing.

• 94 monitored repos
• 3 failing CI in master
• 2 configured for auto-repeating tests
• 82% of repos configured to require passing tests

Good news: 3 repos fixed

Bad news: 1 repo still failing, 2 new repos started failing
