Extending soft feature freeze by a day

The soft freeze has always been a rough target so there's no giant
surprises when we're trying to sort out the beta. Common sense trumps
rules.

If things are basically ready now and they happen to land tomorrow, or
even next week that's absolutely fine. Especially your pipewire patch
which is quite boring but all inter-tangled.

If someone uploads a 10000 line feature patch at 11pm tomorrow evening
it'd still be a bad idea.
