kickoff: keep position in grid

That "about" tab in the Kickoff settings has another link below the wiki
link that says "Get Help" with a link called "Report an Issue", which leads
directly to the spot to file a bug:

Helpfully this same thing is available in most About dialogs :)

There are 2 open bug reports that seem relevant:

I'd suggest seeing if those sound relevant and if so add a comment that you
have the same issue, otherwise create a new one so we can track it down.
