What's part of the release is listed on the release scripts.

I'll get it renamed, apply the renames and then I'll send the
kde-core-devel notice.

After talking with many people, I've the feeling that everyone gets
super excited about "klickyklacky" and then agrees that a boring
"plasma-keyboard" will make our collective lives easier, so I'll go
with that.
