Draft for Plasma 6.7 schedule (Typo fixed: it's really 6.7, not 6.6, sorry!)

There is also another major problem: high latency in games while using
Nvidia Optimus graphics.

For example, if my system has both nvidia-open-dkms and the optimus-manager
profile.d
<https://github.com/Askannz/optimus-manager/blob/master/profile.d/optimus-manager.sh>,
then I run The Dark Mod <https://www.thedarkmod.com/> on both x11 and
Wayland, if I move the cursor around I can VERY clearly perceive that the
mouse latency on x11 is drastically lower.

I need to bisect the culprit of this.
