kwin 6.0.3 respin

Hello,

Is it possible to respin kwin 6.0.3 so it includes the following two commits

We originally wanted to get them in 6.0.3 but due to unfortunate 
circumstances, those two slipped through and we've noticed that they 
haven't gotten to 6.0.3 tars only now.

These two patches should help to address a kwin crash that happens when 
running kwin with tiling scripts (like polonium), which affects quite a 
few people.
