Shipping Plasma 6.1 wallpaper in Plasma 6.1.1

my main issue is that to me it would look really unprofessional the only 
message for that wallpaper will be seen as "we didn't manage to chose a 
wallpaper in time" 
back in 5.x there was only one wallpaper each 2 releases, so if 6.1 won't have 
a new one won't be that surprising.

I know it will mean redoing a bung of material, but i don't think we can make 
an exception
