Provisional Plasma 6.0 and 6.1 dates

As discussed at yesterday's meeting I made a provisional calendar for the
next cycle with bugfix releases on the fibonacci 1,1,2,3,5 week cycle then
the 6.1 beta on May 23 and 6.0 tars made June 13

We can decide after if 6.1 should be on the same 4 month cycle, there's a
desire to move to a 6 month cycle when we feel it's more stable.
